Evelyn Frazier

Dr. Frazier is a board certified developmental and behavioral pediatrician. She completed her Medical School training at Case Western Reserve University, and returned to Virginia to complete her pediatric residency, and three year developmental-behavioral fellowship at the University of Virginia. She has won the "Top Doc" award each year in practice, and is an active participant in her community. Dr. Frazier is passionate about patient advocacy and prides herself on offering personalized care.
