I am a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner. I have my Doctorate in Nurse Practice from the University of Washington. I provide
evidence based psychiatric and mental health care for adolescents ages 12-18, and adults with ADHD. I have a particular interest in helping individuals with
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ADHD to improve their quality of
lives.

I provide evaluation, diagnosis and medication management for:
ages 12 and up for ADHD only
and
Adults with
ADHD, depression and anxiety disorders.

Evaluation for adolescents usually takes two office visits to accurately assess the clients information prior to any medication being prescribed. Two 60 minute appointments

I prescribe medications and include them in treatment recommendations when they are necessary and helpful for healing. I regularly work in collaboration with therapists, psychologists, neurologists, primary care, cardiologists, ADHD coaches and other providers for you or your loved ones optimal mental health and well-being.
