Elsa Correa, MD is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and Neurologist who provides treatment for children 6 years or age, adolescents and young adults. Dr. Correa is a general Psychiatrist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses, which include but is not limited to, Attention Deficit DisorderAttention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Affective Disorders Depression, BiPolar I II, and Anxiety Disorders. Dr. Correa has over 35 years of experience with treating individuals. Her experience includes being a Resident, 2-year Fellowship, Researcher and Attending at Johns Hopkins Hospital over the span of 17 years, as well as, an Outpatient Medical Director at Franklin Square Hospital for 5 years. Since 2005, Dr. Correa has been the Medical Director of Chesapeake Behavioral Health Center.
