Dong Wang, MD

Dr. Wang, MD, is a board-certified neurologist with over 30 years of clinical and research experience. He earned his medical degree from Shandong UniversityCheeloo Medical College and completed his internship at New York-Presbyterian HospitalColumbia University Medical Center. Dr. Wang completed his neurology residency at Montefiore Medical CenterAlbert Einstein College of Medicine and a Clinical Neurophysiology fellowship at Hahnemann University Hospital, affiliated with Drexel University College of Medicine. He is recognized for his groundbreaking research on Glut-1 Deficiency Syndrome, including developing a mouse model that has advanced the understanding and treatment of the disease and publishing more than 30 research articles at Columbia University Medical Center.
