I am able to prescribe and manage psychiatric medications and provide supportive and restorative psychotherapy to clients with mental health needs. 

I provide a thorough, comprehensive evaluation considering medical, genetic, and psychosocial influences on an individual's condition. In collaboration with my clients we explore their unique internal resources and their therapeutic options. 

Medication treatment and consultation can be in collaboration with, and as a complement to, current mental health and medical providers and other healers. Evidenced based psychopharmacological interventions are employed and wellness education provided.

Psychotherapy interventions aim to facilitate the natural process of change, instill hope and promote individual empowerment. In therapy we explore individual strengths and resources. We focus on what works, not what's wrong, with an eye always on the present and future.  I believe that clients come with their own solutions but need help putting them into action.
