I am the Owner of Infinity Health Consultants. A Nurse Practitioner Owned, Direct Primary Care Clinic. We provide primary care to patients ages 10 and older.

We offer monthly memberships. Members services include 247 access to your provider via phone, virtual, email and office, In-house labs, discounted medications.

We also offer IV hydration, Weight management, DOTCDL physicals. We are also a certified Urine Drug screen site.
