--Booking an appointment online is for returning patients only. If you would like to schedule a new patient appointment, please call our office at 214 264-6072.

--By selecting an appointment online, you are requesting the appointment, and it isn't guaranteed until you receive the confirmation e-mail from us. We will do our best to confirm as quickly as possible. Once we confirm the appointment, it comes off of our list of available appointments. In the event multiple patients request the same appointment before we have a chance to confirm it, it is first come, first serve. The first patient to request the appointment receives the confirmation, and any others will receive a decline e-mail. It isn't a perfect system, and we apologize for any frustrations. As always, you are welcome to call our office to book an appointment to ensure you get the appointment you desire!

--Our online scheduler will ask you for your date of birth when scheduling, and for safety reasons it does not allow appointments to be booked if the DOB you enter is under the age of 18. This helps to ensure a minor has permission from a parent or legal guardian to schedule the appointment. You may book the appointment for your child by simply entering the childs name and your DOB. Please note: you must be 18 years of age, and you agree you are over the age of 18, if you book an appointment online either for yourself or a minor in your care.

--Our appointments can sometimes book out a couple of weeks. If you do not immediately see an appointment available, please click forward into the upcoming days and weeks to see available appointments. We encourage you to call our office if you do not find an appointment in the time frame you are looking for. We are happy to notify you of any last-minute openings and availability changes.
