Christopher Galloway

Christopher Galloway has fifteen years of experience as a professional registered nurse. He is a Doctor of Nursing practice, dual Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with strong academic and professional experience. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Saint Francis in Joliet, IL. He pursued advanced degrees from Resurrection University in Chicago, IL, where he obtained his Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, in 2015 and his Doctor of Nursing Practice, Urban Health Focus, in 2019, and received his Post-Graduate Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Oak Point University in 2022. He also is the Graduate Program Director for the College of Nursing and an Associate Professor at Lewis University, provides community-based care as a Dual Board-Certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and served in the United States Army Nurse Corps for ten years. He specializes in general family practice, LGBTQI care, mens health, weight loss, addiction, and mental health.
