Christine Ganzer

Dr. Christine Anne Ganzer, Ph.D., MA, MS, APRN-BC, seamlessly integrates clinical expertise and cutting-edge research as an Associate Professor at Hunter College, Bellevue School of Nursing and a practicing Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her academic foundation, encompassing nursing degrees from Syracuse University and SUNY Stony Brook and a Master's in Psychology from NYU, provides a robust platform for her specialized work. Dr. Ganzer's doctoral studies at the University of Arizona and postdoctoral fellowship at the Manhattan VA focused on neuropsychology, gerontology, and cognitive aging. As a lead investigator at Weill Cornell Medical Center's Clinical Translational Science Center, she is at the forefront of research examining the effects of cardiovascular risk factors on brain health, with a strong publication record in healthy brain aging. In addition to her research, she maintains a strong clinical practice, where she provides expert treatment for conditions such as depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
