Charles F. Fraley

After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley in 2000, and spending a year back home preparing and saving money for medical school, I met my wonderful wife, Laura. Together we traveled to Iowa and Ohio for my Osteopathic Medical training and after graduating from medical school, were lucky enough to be able to complete my specialty training in Family Medicine at PIH Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital in Los Angeles County.

Seeking out the smaller town feel we came to love about the Midwest, we landed in Murrieta. Here I have been blessed to work with some of the greatest physicians, administrators, and hospitals in this valley. I've also been fortunate to see my family grow within this valley.

Fraley Family Medicine, with the support of my wife and children, is an effort to remain committed to my community, my belief in providing high quality individualized care, and to a model allowing for an even greater partnership with my patients. In understanding physical health, I came to understand the critical importance of our correlated mental health. I was fortunate enough to be able to participate in the Primary Care Psychiatry Fellowship at UCI. The tools and the learning experience filled a void in what I understood as whole health.
