Creekside Family Practice Salado's mission is to provide healthcare that combines physical, mental, and social wellbeing, beyond the absence of disease. Jennifer Istre, FNP-C works closely with a collaborating physician to provide appointments that address our patients health conditions through diagnoses, treatment, and prescribing medications. We offer many services and products, including acute family healthcare from ages 6 weeks and up, dietweight-loss programs, and prescription refills. Appointments take place in our cozy clinic that is designed to feel like home, and schedule our patients with plenty of time for our nurse practitioner to connect and learn about each person without the rush of time constraints. We regard diet and lifestyle as the base of all physical health and work diligently to create an awareness of the foods and patterns of our patients day-to-day life.
