Callie Crouch, DNP, FNP-C

Callie is a doctoral prepared certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and has been educated and trained in the care of patients of all ages. She has been working in a provider role since 2017, and has been a registered nurse since 2008. She obtained her bachelor of science in nursing in 2008 from West Texas AM University , and finished both her master of science in nursing and doctor of nursing practice from Frontier Nursing University .

Throughout her time at Frontier Nursing University, she developed a desire to provide care that is supported by evidence to give patients the best long term outcome and avoid adverse effects and excessive cost from unnecessary treatments. Her nursing experience includes RN roles in emergency department, intensive care, medical-surgical, and well-babywell-child care.

She comes from a long line of healthcare professionals with her great grandmother being a midwife, grannie being a nurse, mother being a nurse, father being a veterinarian, and brother a veterinarian who is taking over their father's practice. She lives with her husband in the rural Texas panhandle. When she is not working, she is busy caring for their chickens, milk cow, or garden.
