Welcome to my practice.

My BIO: I graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2001 with my Master's Degree in Nursing. I passed my ANCC Board Certification Exam and began practice in January 2002.

Interests:
I enjoy chronic disease management such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Congestive Heart Failure, COPD and Asthma to name a few. I see patients across the spectrum from birth through end of life care.

My Role as a Primary Care Provider:
I pride myself in being an active listener. My goal is to empower patients with the information to manage their health conditions to highest degree that they wish. My role as a primary care provider is to partner with the patient to effectively manage their health and maintain a healthy lifestyle to prevent common health problems that plague society.
