Appointments are available in 45 minutes follow up patient or 90 minute new patient slots with the following start times:

10am, 10:45am, 12pm, 12;45pm, 1:30pm and 2:15pm for the first week of the schedule
or
4:00 pm, 4:45 pm, 5:30 pm, and 6:15 pm on the second week of the schedule.

Please select the appointment time above closest to your desired start time and include that time, along with 2 alternative times, under the "What is the reason for the visit?" box, along with your chief complaint. If by chance, your selected appointment time has already been filled before the system reflects that, your visit will be automatically rescheduled to the next closest open visit. If your rescheduled time does not work for you, please cancel that appointment and reselect your new desired time.
