Azeem Mohammed

I am a board certified physician specializing in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. With over 11 years of experience, I have a particular interest in managing resistant hypertension and diabetic kidney disease. My medical journey began in India, where I earned my degree from Deccan College of Medical Sciences.

I completed my residency at Albert Einstein University, followed by a fellowship in Nephrology at Augusta University. My work in nephrology, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, has been recognized for its impact on life-saving therapies. As a co-founder of MDCare Clinic, I committed to the principles of individualized care and precision medicine, striving to improve patient outcomes through tailored treatment plans.
