Athos G. Colon, MD

Dr. Athos G. Coln-Ledee is a Lubbock, TX based pediatric cardiologist currently serving patients at UMC Childrens Hospital, Covenant Womens and Childrens Hospital, and his private practice clinic. Dr. Coln also serves as a clinical assistant professor of pediatrics at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.

He specializes in non-invasive fetal cardiology including transthoracic, ophiological, and fetal echocardiography.

While completing his residency in pediatrics at Childrens Hospital in Miami, Dr. Coln-Ledee served as chief pediatric resident. He also completed a three-year fellowship in pediatric cardiology at Schneider Childrens Hospital in Long Island Jewish Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New Hyde Park, N.Y.

Dr. Coln-Ledee a Fellow of the American Association of Pediatricians, a member of the American Medical Association, American Heart Association, and Lubbock-Crosby-Garza Medical Association. In addition, Dr. Coln was previously board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Coln has been serving patients in the West Texas area since early 1995.
