Ariel Hurtado, M.D.

Ariel Hurtado M.D. is a fellowship-trained anesthesiologist who brings almost 20 years of experience to the California Central Coast.
He has the distinction of being one of the few triple-boarded physicians in the country, holding board certifications in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, and Pediatric Anesthesiology.
He completed medical school at the University of Michigan, followed by a surgical internship at U.C. San Francisco UCSF and his Anesthesiology Residency and Pain Management fellowship at U.C. Irvine UCI.
An avid athlete, Dr. Hurtado prioritizes his health by practicing weight training, martial arts, cardio, and flexibility training, all while balancing his busy professional and family life.
