I provide intake assessments, medication management, medication deprescribing and treatment for ADDADHD, generalized social anxiety, depression, OCD bipolar disorder, insomnia, PTSD, developmental disorders, substance abuse and other related behavioral health needs to adolescents and adults. My approach to treatment is individualized and wholistic with a goal to have each patient reach and maintain their maximum potential. Additionally I provide individual therapy, DBT, CBT, ACT and mindfulness based therapies.
