Dr Ankamah obtained his undergraduate degree with BS Magna Cum Laude in Biology from Temple University in Philadelphia PA
Dr Ankamah was an Honor Roll student He completed three years of Biomedical Research at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine He completed his Medical Degree at Temple University

Dr Ankamah completed his internship in surgery at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital New Brunswick NJ He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from a prestigious institution at UMDNJNew Jersey Medical School Newark NJ and Kessler Institute
for Rehabilitation Dr Ankamah is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Dr Ankamah has earned many awards including Americas Top Physician 2011 prestigious award Scholarship To Advance Research in Spasticity STARS Program Basic Critical Incident Stress Management Certification and New Shining Star Physician and was the top of his class for clinical excellence He has authored many scientific articles Dr Ankamah is a member of AAPMR AANEM NJSPMR and is well respected by his fellow physicians and his peers
