Alicia Massop-Flowers, DO

I am a General Pediatrician who takes care of the health needs and concerns of patient from birth to 24 years of age.

My special interest are in newborn care, school age children and education, teen and young adult health. I am a Certified Asthma Educator. In addition, I am an advocate of non-invasive medicine and allowing the body to naturally heal itself. However, when needed and clinically indicated I prescribe medication to assist the body to it normal state of health.

I am an Osteopathic Physician and a graduate of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. My Residency training was done at Winthrop University Hospital. My education and training has shaped my view point that the body is a unit and should be treated as a whole and not an individual part. Therefore, I do not treat symptoms... I treat the patient. Each patient will find there therapy and course of treatment to be tailor suited for himher.

My practice is designed to accommodate parents' concerns, the growing needs of my patients and to protect the confidentiality of my patients as they grow into adulthood.
