Alex Borja

I am the owner and lead therapist at Borja Physical Therapy Weight Loss Clinic. I love to keep moving through exercise including circuit training, weight lifting and running. I also enjoy my other hobbies such as saltwater reef keeping, graphic design and learning all that I can in the areas of physical medicine. Something that makes me unique I think is that combining the elements of wellness, fitness, nutrition and physical medicine as one. Without addressing all of these areas, you will never see long term results.
