Greetings! My name is Amanda Cronlund. I am a board certified CNM Certified Nurse-Midwife and board certified FNP Family Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in South Carolina and Idaho to practice medicine.

Cura Personalis Wellness is a para-medical practice that seeks to serve marginalized patients in Upstate, SC, by increasing access to care. I am the only provider in my practice, therefore you will interact directly with me for all encounters. I offer house call visits, virtual visits, and telehealth consultations for basic acute and chronic care needs. My objective is to see you, hear you, and partner with you in your wellness. I offer whole person care- because we are not pieces and parts.

I have limited weekly office hours. Appointments can be made through the Patient Fusion portal. I am available from 8AM to 8PM for urgent consultations. If you need assistance outside of those hours, I would direct you to your local UC or ER.
