Shevan Wilks

Dr. Shevan Wilks, born and raised in Jamaica, is a board-certified adult and gerontology nurse practitioner in the state of Florida. She received a bachelor's degree in nursing at Broward College in 2015, then her master's degree in nursing from South University in 2018, and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Florida in 2023. She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive primary care services to adolescents and adults. She possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by her natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. She has over a decade of experience in the nursing field where she worked in different healthcare settings. Some of the areas include home health, hospice, nursing home, and hospitals.
In addition to her professional work and educational endeavors, Dr. Wilks loves being a wife, and mother of three girls. The family enjoys traveling and visiting friends and families.
