Jackie Hojati

My name is Jackie Hojati, and I am a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. In March 2024, I opened the doors to wUrthy Health Clinic, motivated by my experiences as a busy mother of three daughters, with the goal of creating a practice that promotes work-life balance.

At wUrthy Health Clinic, my aspiration was to design a warm and inviting atmosphere where patients can feel comfortable, safe, and at home. I wanted to recreate the charm of a classic doctors office, where meaningful conversations can unfold close to the examination space. The soothing sounds of gentle, spa-like music fill the air, accompanied by soft lighting that creates a calming environment. To further enhance the ambiance, live plants are strategically placed to purify the air, while a diffuser continuously emits relaxing scents.

To make my services accessible to as many individuals as possible, I am pleased to accept most commercial insurance plans.

I understand that every patient brings a unique story, and I make it a priority to listen attentively, approaching each person with an open mind. I believe that your voice deserves to be central in your healthcare journey, and I am dedicated to ensuring that your concerns and preferences are respected.

I offer a broad spectrum of services, providing comprehensive care for patients aged 5 and up. My main areas of expertise include family practice, women's health, hormone management, thyroid disorders, weight loss, and more.
