Trent Fackelman, DNP, RN, FNP-C

T.J. began his journey and career in healthcare over 25 years ago. He began volunteering as an Emergency Care Attendant then as an Emergency Medical Technician first responder with volunteer fire departments. Transitioning from EMS, he worked as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and Registered Nurse in emergency departments, urgent care centers, and family practice settings and working full-time while working to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. He attended Excelsior University formerly Excelsior College in New York earning an Associates of Science in Nursing, Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, and a Master's of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nursing Informatics before attending Texas AM University - Corpus Christi, where he earned a Post-Master's Certification as Family Nurse Practitioner, and is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Current he is pursuing his Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree through Texas Christian University TCU.
